Provide a platform for INEDs to exchange knowledge, expertise, and experience, and learn about industry trends and best practices.

Facilitate networking opportunities among INEDs and with other stakeholders in the corporate world, such as executives, investors, regulators, and policymakers.

Foster the development of high standards of professionalism and ethics among INEDs, and provide guidance on their roles, responsibilities, and accountability.

Advocate for the recognition and protection of INEDs' independence, impartiality, and integrity, and the enhancement of their effectiveness and influence.
